Synopsis: [?] [From The Moving Picture World]? He was too big for this world when a Phrenologist told him he was a modern Napoleon. He tried to stop the traffic and the crossing policeman raised a beautiful billiard ball on his ivory dome. His wife tested the new china, she got with coffee certificates, on his head, and it was a whipped Napoleon that begged for mercy. He certainly had met his Waterloo. The situations are screamingly funny.
