Synopsis: [?] [From The Moving Picture World]? Overjoyed on hearing that the inspectors had passed his cattle, the young rancher rode over to tell the girl about his good luck, and learned that her brother’s cattle had been condemned. That night riders descended upon his corrals and drove off the cattle. But he had no time to follow them, for his mother was dangerously ill, and he must get a doctor at once. As he plodded along the trail the mail carrier came galloping down the gulch. At pistol point he forced the man to give up his horse. The posse, aroused by the postmaster, came to his house to take him. The girl was there; her brother came seeking her, and she denounced him as the cattle thief. On her evidence her lover went free.
